All who wish to attend the 2011 ANCOLD Conference, including speakers and exhibitors, should complete a registration form either by hard copy or online.  Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by personal or company cheque or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Cheques should be made payable to “ANCOLD Inc”. A Tax Invoice and confirmation will be issued when payment is made. You may also book accommodation and additional social program tickets online when you register

Registration Entitlements

Full Conference Registration
Includes attendance to Conference sessions on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 October, the Welcome Reception and Closing Drinks. Full Registration also includes daily catering, a conference satchel, conference proceedings (CD version only), and conference handbook and name badge. Tickets to the Conference Dinner and Workshop must be purchased separately.

Day Registration
Includes attendance to all sessions on the day of registration, daily catering, a conference satchel, conference proceedings (CD version only), conference handbook and name badge. Day registrations do not include any social events. Social activities can be booked when you register.

Workshop Registration
Includes attendance to the Workshop on the day of the workshop only, plus daily catering. Workshop Registration also includes a copy of the conference handbook and name badge. Workshop registrations do not include any social events. Social activities can be booked when you register.

Accompanying Persons Program
Includes tours on 26, 27 and 28 October and to the Welcome Reception; tickets to all other events must be purchased separately. Accompanying persons will also receive a name badge and accompanying person’s satchel. Daily catering includes morning, lunch and afternoon refreshments. Partners will also be provided with a partners program.


Acknowledgement of Registration

Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements, upon receipt of your completed registration form, whether electronically or in hard copy. Tax invoice/confirmation will also be issued. All updates regarding the conference will be posted to the conference website.

 

Cancelling Your Registration
Cancellations must be received in writing – mail, email or fax -– to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Leishman Associates. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Conference Managers – Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844.

If you are cancelling any or all aspects of your booking: registration, accommodation and/or a tour, this can be done with one correspondence to Leishman Associates.

Cancellations postmarked on or before, 1 month before conference, will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the conference postmarked on or after 1 month before conference, however substitutions will be accepted.
